HPO believes that a dedicated team of consultants is an indispensable part of servicing any enterprise’s unique and complex talent pool. This is the reason why we do not rely on part time or contracted resources when it comes to delivering, designing or leading any client project. We believe our model of approach forms a basis for better client service and understanding, and is more capable at responding swift changes that face our clients’ organization. Full-time Employment

HPO employs only full-time facilitators, who are focused at delivering a stellar client experience and have access to all HPO training resources and support. We believe this is an important distinction vis-à-vis part time contractors, whose interests may not always be aligned with the consulting service provider and the client.
Executive Experience

HPO employs only seasoned facilitators with at least ten years of leadership and management experience before enrolling them in stringent certification requirements for facilitation delivery. Our sales performance consultants must have at least five years of client service or enterprise sales experience in corporate functions.
Overseas Experience

To ensure our clients are kept up with the latest global perspective and knowledge, HPO facilitators are selected only if they have advanced academic degrees or overseas academic background. We believe this is an important asset in an age of rapid global economic integration and development.
International Certification

Upon joining HPO, all HPO consultants must pass through strict requirements for facilitation delivery before they are matched to a stringent certification process for their areas of specialty.
